One of the innovative voices of the New York jazz scene, Tomoki Sanders plays Komünite on the evening of October 24 at 18:30. The son of legendary musician Pharoah Sanders, he carries forward his father's spiritual, boundary-pushing musical legacy, blending Afro-American and Japanese influences with avant-garde, electronic and urban textures. He has drawn attention in recent years for his performances with Kassa Overall's band and his own 'Tomo Tuesdays' event in New York.
