Personal Data Protection Notice
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)
1. Data Controller
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller for the processing of personal data is E-veri Bilişim Turizm San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("the Company").

2. Personal Data Processed
Identity and contact data: full name, username, email address.
Account and transaction data: profile information, password (hashed), membership date.
Usage data: event/venue interactions (interest, attendance), posts, comments, likes, follow relationships.
Transaction security data: IP address, browser/device information, log records.
Location data: only with your explicit consent, captured momentarily via the browser.
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed to: manage membership and accounts, provide platform services (event/venue discovery, social interaction), personalize the user experience, ensure platform and user security, prevent abuse, fulfill legal obligations, and manage requests/complaints.
4. Legal Basis
Personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK — being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, being mandatory for the data controller's legitimate interest without prejudice to your fundamental rights and freedoms — and, where required, your explicit consent.
5. Data Transfer
Personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. It may be shared with infrastructure providers necessary to deliver the service (hosting, email delivery) only to the extent required. Any cross-border data transfer is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of KVKK.
6. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the periods stipulated by applicable legislation and/or as required by the purpose of processing; it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized once that period ends or the purpose ceases to exist.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, request deletion/destruction within the conditions set out in KVKK, object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
