Pianist, composer and producer Cagri Sertel takes the stage with a solo piano performance at Zorlu PSM touche on January 27. This improvisation-centered format means every concert is a musical journey never played before and never to be played the same way again. A program carried by a single instrument makes the halls silence part of the performance too; touches acoustics and close-to-stage layout suit this. A concert that cannot be prepared in advance from a recording. One of 2027s first special nights for those looking for a program entirely of the moment, carried by piano alone, on a January evening.
