Cuban-born Solanch De la Rosa, who has lived in Istanbul for nine years, performs on the Zorlu PSM touché by N Kolay stage on Wednesday evening, October 28. Interpreting Latin, pop and R&B in her own style, she is also known for her collaboration with Yalın. Having performed at many venues in Turkey and abroad, De la Rosa promises an evening full of dance and music, playing popular songs with her band. The concert starts at 9 PM. Dinner is part of the evening: the touché set menu includes a cheese and grain salad, sea-salt truffle edamame, shrimp cocktail, a main of grilled salmon, chicken schnitzel, Café de Paris sirloin or Scandinavian-style potatoes, fig crème brûlée and a limited selection of local drinks.
