On Saturday evening, 24 October, Balçova Termal Otel in İzmir hosts an open-air gala dinner night with Kibariye and Karaf on stage. The programme opens with a fasıl ensemble and an oriental dance show before moving on to the Kibariye & Karaf concert. Starts at 21:00. Menu: a spread of meze (Ezine white cheese, tulum cheese, yoghurt aubergine, carrot tarator, atom, walnut Antep ezme, çiğ köfte, Aegean fava, lemon slices, cherry tomatoes, baby cucumbers); warm starters of içli köfte and muska börek; a main of veal neck braised and served on a bed of smoked aubergine and buttery beğendi with demi-glace, seasonal sides, turmeric rice and matchstick potatoes; and raspberry-sauce cheesecake for dessert. Drinks: Silver, Gold and VIP categories receive 3 glasses plus bottle service depending on party size. Yellow, Blue, Green and Red categories choose between 3 glasses of local spirits or 3 soft drinks.
