Yayla Trio
Yayla Trio is a three-piece band enriching Black Sea folk music with polyphonic elements. Formed in 2021 on the Gito Plateau in Camlihemsin, the group is made up of Pinhani vocalist Sinan Kaynakci, nature guide Erdem Akin, and musician Onur Can Celik (tulum/kemenche). Reinterpreting traditional Black Sea melodies through a multi-part harmony approach, the trio places its devotion to nature and highland plateaus at the center of its music. With their debut album "Beraber Beraber," released in 2023 with support from Pinhani, they offer a contemporary interpretation of Black Sea music.
