Tommy Four Seven
Tommy Four Seven is an English DJ and electronic music producer, one of the most respected and original figures on the international techno scene. Born in London, he moved to Berlin, considered the heart of electronic music, in 2008 to continue his career; while studying sound technology at university, his exposure to film sound design and Foley techniques shaped his raw, dark, industrial, hypnotic techno sound. He gained wide recognition as part of techno legend Chris Liebing's label CLR, earning strong acclaim with his 2011 debut album "Primate" and its follow-up "Veer"; in 2015 he founded his own independent label and creative platform, "47," through which he releases both his own music and that of well-known underground artists like Ancient Methods and Phase Fatale. Running club nights under the "47" concept in cities including Paris, Brussels and Tbilisi, Tommy Four Seven is also, alongside his solo work, a co-founder of the experimental/industrial project These Hidden Hands with Alain Paul.
