Ragga Oktay, real name Oktay Yurtalan, is a Turkish-Dutch singer, actor, composer and director who has made a mark on Turkey's music and TV world with a distinctive style since the late 1990s, regarded as one of the pioneers who brought reggae, ragga, hip-hop and pop into the mainstream in Turkey.
