+1 Presents: Oktober in Istanbul returns for the fourth time at KucukCiftlik Park, October 2-4; this three-day event, designed drawing on Germany's deep-rooted festival tradition, brings together live concerts and DJ performances with colorful themed areas, festival games and special food stalls. With day-long activities and an atmosphere carefully designed down to the decor and costumes, the festival is made for those who want to dance and spend a long weekend with their friend group.
